Good: Absolutely nothing at all. I can only think, that since business was/is slow, they try to get unsuspecting customers to buy their service plans and to do, may be completely unneeded work .. Bad: Asked for a dryer vent clean out. Tech had to due entire vent check and said there was over $900 worth of repairs to be done to the vent system in the attic. I declined the service, but still had to pay the service fee of $95. Called the contractor who installed the system, they came out and inspected the entire system and found nothing wrong or even close to being faulty, if they had, they would have done it for less! Beware of this company and any recommendations they may make to you after an inspection!. Improvements: To be really honest, as they say they're, rather than pretending to be!. Other: I made a complaint to the company, through their web site. While I did hear back, via a smart phone email , about how they take customer service seriously and how my complaint was being referred to the Northern Arizona General Manager, I never heard another word from them..
