I was in the process of purchasing a home that had some cracks along the foundation walls. My appraiser required a structure engineer take a look at the property. The seller was being difficult so I decided to contact one on my own for my piece of mind and I must admit it was just that. Greg Kaski (sp?) emailed me in a timely manner and put all of my worries to reach.
