Good: Nothing I thought I would like having a local office but found that they control everything from Paducah and that the low paid employees they have serving as a front have no authority and don't really care if you have problems or not. Bad: Thebillilng was never correct I had four deliveries last winter, none of which were billed correctly on the delivery ticket. I guessed at the correct amount using the rate I was quoted for the first two deliveries On the last two deliveries, I waited until I received my statements from Paducah Even though I paid these each within two weeks or less of receiving the statements,I got a letter from their local "Office Manager" concerning my continued delinquencies. Improvements: Since I have switched to another propane supplier, I do not care what they do.. Other: They seem to think customers are less than a dime a dozen Perhaps time will teach them to appreciate what they had And I do mean HAD because people do not have to put up with their lousy customer service. more
