This review is all about office management. I never even got to see the dentist. I had an appointment for an initial visit to see the dentist. My only problem was that one of my teeth hurt when I drank or ate anything cold. When I arrived I was asked to fill out all the paper work which I did. After about 20 minutes they asked me to come back the following week because they were overbooked. Okay... No problem. When I arrived today I was told that they couldn't find my paper work. In the mean time, instead of looking for my paper work they were BSing with one another. At this point I had enough and left the office. I do not recommend this dentist even though he may be very good - the office staff sucks.
