Our trasmission went out while hauling a trailer over Mt Hood for vacation. The tow truck recommended Trans-Medic. Not knowing the name, I was skeptical, since we would be out of town while the car was fixed. On Monday, when we called, they told us it was an easy fix. Instead of saying we needed a whole new transmission, they only replaced a clip, refilled the fluid, all for a total cost of zero.
We were worried about the added cost of car repairs right on top of vacation, but did not need to worry.
I will definately take my car back there for future service.
