I moved in to a Dennis Wilson property in the summer of '09. Since that day there has been little to be concerned about. Last month I had a major maintenance emergency that I had to call in for. There was a blockage in the sewer that prevented water from draining out of the bathtub. Dennis hung up with me after I told him and had a plumber there in a few minutes, within the hour. I was so amazed at the response having never dealt with this sort of thing before.
