My daughter had a deep cut on her head from a horseback riding accident so I called and the automated machine said that they were open until 8:00pm M-F. We got there at 5pm and they were locked up tighter than as drum- lights off- nobody home. It was really irritating. We then went to the UW clinic nearby and she got 2 stitches and a tetanus shot. Please don't advertise that you are open if you are not. Especially for an urgent care facility. Please!
