Good: After having my vehicle transfered from University Audi to another Audi location the issues with my vehicle were quickly found and fixed within 3 days.
THE STAR GOES TO THE OTHER AUDI SHOP FOR FIXING MY CAR.. Bad: My car sat in their shop for a month an a half unfixed.
I was not updated on my vehicle status.
The staff was more concerned with letting my warrenty run out so they did not have to fix the problem with my car.
Personal belongings of mine went "missing" from inside and outside of my car.
Lack of professionalism or concern for the well being of my car, and the lives of the people who may ride in it in the future, or may be affected by the mechanical issues they didn't have the time to figure out.. Improvements: COMMUNICATION.
Punctuality, concern for human life.. Other: You buy an audi for safety and comfort, to know that you are in good hands. University Audi never made me feel like that. In fact they left me scared and insecure with the condition of my vehicle. Knowing the issues had not been seriously taken into concern. My life and the lifes of others were at risk because of the conditions that University Audi was unable to find and fix. You are not just dealing with people's car's. You are gambeling with their lives, and that is so morally wrong it is sickening..
