I brought my 10-month old English Bulldog puppy to Canine Pet Resort in Jackson, NJ for a two-night stay. When I picked him up he had 6 places where he had missing hair patches, "road rash" on both sides of his face, and when the vet shaved three different areas he had three horrible "hotspots" One behind his ear is awful. This is due to UNSUPERVISED playtime. My dog's face was wet, then in a cold environment, and then the bacteria set in. I dropped him off while the owner's "partner" was present and did not have a good feeling. When I brought Truman over to the owner this morning, she made excuses, made no attempt at remuneration, and I now have $100 in vet bills so far.
