I bought a Groupon for a full detail of my boyfriends truck so I made an appointment for M.A.D. to come to my office while I was at work. Not only did they call to delay my appointment by an hour when they were done I asked the guy if I needed to sign anything or fill out any paperwork and his response was "a tip is usually required when a Groupon is used". I looked at him surprisingly because I was not expecting someone to be that forward about gratuity (which I was going to give him anyway) then shoved him my tip before getting into the truck. Once I got into the truck I noticed what a crappy job he did, the mirrors were turned every direction, pieces of the console were left on the floor boards, and the cup holders didn't look like they were even wiped out. I know I got a deal by using the Groupon but with tip I still paid $100 and the workmanship and service was HORRIBLE! I would never recommend this place to anyone, and for a business that is based on customer service and whose advertising is mostly word of mouth they definitely did not do a good job!
