I want to thank Mr. Richard McCracken (service manager) for helping me with my tire lock. I was not given a key when I bought my car new at this dealership, he could see my frustrations and helped me when the other service writer was too busy--and not helpful. Mr. McCracken saw a problem and stepped forward to help, thanks. more
