We moved here in June from Woodfield Gardens in Rolling Meadows ~ the difference between it and Barrington Lakes is night and day! Any maintenance requests are resolved within hours, the office staff are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and the apartment is great. We can paint how we want to. We have a pond view and I love waking up to watch the ducks, geese and swans (yes, swans) idly swimming. And the fireplace is a huge plus in winter! I have recommend this place to friends and would do so again.
