The tech was 3 hours late then sliced though the molding to remove the broken rear window. I asked if the tech if he had the replacement molding and he assured me he did. He then tried to glue the rear window directly to the metal frame with nothing in between. When I confronted him he lied to me and said the machine formed rubber molding between the window and frame had just been glue. He told his boss the same thing and the boss using excessive profanity insisted I pay the tech even though I wouldn't allow him to complete the job since he didn't have the parts he needed. At the next location I took my car the glass tech said they usually just peel the glass off the molding rather than cut and replace it. Don't use this company. They are lazy, deceitful, and if you try to call them on their crap they get very hostile.
