I recently purchased an older used car from Concord Toyota, and from the initial phone call to the end of the deal, I was very impressed by the entire dealership! Id been searching EVERYWHERE for a car for my 16-year-old and had talked to LOTS of different salesmen at LOTS of different dealerships. Unlike other dealerships, the salespeople at Concord Toyota returned my calls quickly. They provided all the information I requested (instead of just trying to close the deal) and answered all of my questions. Since we live almost two hours away, one of the salesmen, Tony, even took pictures of the car and sent them to me to make sure that it was what exactly we were looking for before we drove down. We had a very limited budget, and they gave us a GREAT deal on the car. In addition, we found that one of the power windows rolled up very slowly so they offered to replace the motor AT NO COST TO US (even though the car was really being sold as is). When we had the work done, the Service Department was extremely courteous and efficient, making the repair in record time. Everyone that I dealt with at Concord Toyota, from Nelson Bliss, the general manager, to Russ, the service consultant, treated me with honesty and integrity, both seemingly rare qualities in the auto industry. Based on my experiences, I HIGHLY recommend Concord Toyota and will call them first for my next car.
