Plusses: When I first called Wirenut the lady I spoke with (Jennifer?) saw the work history at the house and offered the same price charged the previous owners($59). Good! Patricia the local dispatcher was very friendly and informative. Reuben was the technician. He was informative, professional, honest and polite. He explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was conscientious about my comfort level and whether I had any questions. His marketing pitch at the end for additional products was not forced. I would use him again. Minuses: The work was scheduled for Friday 7/29. John Brewer had worked on the house before and was supposed to come out but was tied up on another job. Work was rescheduled to Monday 8/1 for 11-1. I had heard nothing by Noon Monday so I called the dispatcher. She tracked down John, found out he was still tied up with Friday's job, and then assigned Reuben to the job. Point is I shouldn't have had to call... the dispatcher should have notified me once it was clear John could not make the Monday appt. more
