I cannot give this establishment a good rating in good conscience. I went there to get my teeth cleaned. They were located near my work, and I thought it would be more convenient than seeing my brother, a dentist, who lives in another state. In retrospect, I would have saved a lot of time and money if I had made the trek to see my brother. On three occasions, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes on one of these occasions, I was informed that they would not be able to see me that day and that I would need to return for another appointment. Not only have I had to return for other appointments due to their poor ability to schedule, it seems that the number of appointments needed for routine procedures is excessive. Clearly, Dr. Stevens needs to find better front office staff.
