They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I consider this group my doctors! :)
