Terrible food. I was sent a group of teens & the coordinator, Helen, became conveniently unavailable the day of my reception even though she was supposed to come and supervise. The teens did a good job with what they could, but they were given badly cooked food. ALL of my hamburgers were still RAW, and most guests didn't eat them =( And I was supposed to keep the extras at the end of my event, but the teens saw they were raw and packed up the rest and left to cover the company. I contacted Helen several times to fix the problem, and I received minimal response or any sympathy for the problems which occurred. By the day of the event I had already paid in full, so they got what they wanted and didn't have take care of my situation at all, so I left it at that because I knew they wouldn't be giving me any kind of a refund. I would not recommend them at all. Poor management and poor customer service!
