We've had disappointing experiences with this business. In particular, the sales staff as been arrogant and condescending on more than one occasion. No one greets you when you walk in the store, sales staff will gossip and laugh to themselves without engaging the customers, and if you do ever get one to help you, they probably can't answer any technical questions and make no effort to find the answer. We had a particular rude experience recently with "Teresa". Knoxville is generally a friendly city, so if you want to experience the rude and condescending side of k-town, visit Stokes. It's exceptional in this regard, at least.
