I appreciated your candor and follow-up with proper and timely persistence. Cathy was very pleasant and very efficient during the process (paperwork) when I as a customer am ready to just get going and drive off in the new car.
I am sure I will get to experience your service department, hopefully not for quite some time and then infrequently, but I have every expectation that the experience will continue. You have cultivated a culture of client service that is evident, at least to me.
