Dr. Rocha is a kind, compassionate skilled - and I stress the word skilled as the previous reviewer did- veterinarian. I had lost al hope for my chihuahua Quixote; after he was was paralyzed due to a hit and run driver, I had been advised to put him to sleep. I took Quixote to Dr. Rocha, and though he acknowledged he had a small chance of walking again, Dr. Rocha, myself and Quixote did not give up. He treated him for some time and the recovery is miraculous. I cannot thank this excellent man enough.
