Their Light, Pale Ale, California Gold, Hef, Amber and Scottish Ale are all very good. I am not an IPA or a Stout guy, but I have heard no complaints about them. The only bad beer I have had wasn't one of their own, it was a guest beer - Arrogant Bastard. Management even listened to the customers and brought in a beer of choice. As for the food, it is just what I would expect from a Pizza/Brewery/Sports Bar - above average to great. Several different varieties of pizza (all good), lots of appetizers to chose from and some even homestyle meals that are awesome. Their mac-n-cheese and pot roast dishes are fantastic. I didn't expect a sports bar to have a little home cooking, but theirs is great. While some days are better than others, I have never had a bad experience when I am eating there. In short, I will be leaving the San Diego area in a few months and wish I could pack this Oggis and take it with me.
