Good: Didn't have to wait too long to see the doctor.. Bad: Dr Oliver was not a good doctor; doubled my Zocar from 40 mg to 80mg, when the research said 80mg is too high for most people especially thyroid patients and diabetic which I am. The worst about Oaktree is they care all about money and not the health of the patient. They tried to overcharge me for my medical records; the $15.00 for the handling fee is unlawful by Federal law. Also they are charging me $30.00 for an appointment that I Did NOT have. This was 2 months after I got my medical records and was. Improvements: seeing another doctor at that time....Everything; there is an rude old woman at the reception desk, that acts like you might cheat her out of a dollar and I very much resented that. She was rude to everyone that came before and after me. They need to get good doctors and good reception staff.. Other: Don't waste your money, your time and your health by going to Oaktree Medical..
