The Dealership was excellent. The Fiesta was purchase for my Mom. We had a problem with the lift gate being too high for my Mom to reach it to close it. Now Colley Ford was able to solve the problem with a shorter shock for the rear hatchback where as Ford Motor Company would not reinburse Colley Ford? That is too bad. Here is a Dealer trying to please their customers & Ford is not supporting them? The reason I mention this is because my Mom originally call FMC & they had no solution or answer to solve this problem. Also the Fiesta gas mileage is way below what the claim is. Highway on sticker is 38, Actualy was 30 and mom is not a Hot Rodder. Maybe mileage will increase as vehicle matures. The rest of vehicle is excellent.
