The technician was fabulous! I was worried because I thought they would try and sell me on something that I didn't really need and it turned out to be a simple problem that my husband fixed the day before! And even when I asked about a bigger job for our upstairs AC, he suggested just getting window units rather than spending tons of money on a service they could provide. That honesty meant A LOT to me! I wasn't pressured at all and would definitely use this service in the future!
