I visited Tipton Honda last Saturday for the recall on my ingnition switch. Called on Thursday afternoon and was scheduled to have it replaced on Saturday afternoon. My vehicle was ready in 30 minutes with the most some outstanding customer service ever. I do not normally take my vehicle to the dealerships. They are too busy and I don't like leaving my car with them all day. James scheduled me in expediantly and then installed batteries for both my key fabs that needed replacing. Ken did a great job at convincing me that dealerships CAN give you great service. Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will return for my future needs. more
