Good: The 20% discount and other deals found! I responded to an email inviting 'VIP' customers to shop & receive a special discount.. Bad: Less than stellar attitude from several employees from the cashier to the floor clerk, to the manager.. Improvements: More courteous and customer service attitude. I had to seek clerks out for help then I felt like I was bothering them.. Other: when I asked a clerk about what was required to make a purchase as a tax exempt organization. I received a not so friendly response. Neverthless I shopped. The next incident occurred when I asked a question of a male worker regarding patio furniture. Again the response was not so friendly. Finally I proceeded to check out, completed the tax exempt form only to be declined usage by the manager who claimed the form didn't have a state seal. Phoned store manager to complain & was met w/ same attitude.. more
