31/2 years and 2 phases (what a rip off) later and not one person in that office would even know my daughter's name! They were vague about phase 2 and the total cost of treatment when we signed up. I regretted going with this ortho, but I felt stuck once we started treatment. The only time I spoke with the actual doctor was when I was upset about a mistake they made. One of the assistants working on my daughter actually told her (she was 10!) that if she didn't brush better, she would cry because nobody would want to be her boyfriend because she would have ugly teeth! Can you imagine? All they did after that was put his name on her chart as not able to work on her. Come to find out, he worked on her again! They are NOT friendly, high priced, and high pressure. I will not take my son there for sure. Don't believe your dentist, if they recommend Dr. Abari...they likely get money for all referals. GO ELSEWHERE!
