It was an extremely pleasant experience, all the way around. I went to Mazda, this dealership that dealership and the high pressure and nonsense that you have to go through just to test drive and look at is ridiculous. At Bellavia, there was none of that, I test drove 5 different types of vehicles, the salesman Alvaro, had no problem, with that, when I finally settled on a model and make and style, I went back and test drove the final three. Of course, then the negotiation began, it took me two weeks to get the deal done, because I am a tough negotiator, but it was painless, uneventful and fairly done. Service and follow up have been excellent.
