The clock repairman arrived at our home on time and to my surprise he made a quick 5 minuet ajustment that fixed our clock just when we expected a long and expensive process and bill,it runs great and we are enjoying the chimes again,on top of the pleasant experence he didnt charge us for his time,we love their clock guy
