The rate for service work is now $125 per hour. A few months ago it was $110. That is a very high price to pay to fix what are essentially defects that WW built into the car I own so that they could extract a few more dollars per car. The 2002 Jetta TDI has a history or poor quality. The quality has improved, but I am now paying $125 an hour to fix what are often issues of poor quality. It is a shame that the quality of the cars at Schmeltz VW are not at the same level of the extremely high quality of its service department.
