One of the BEST experiences I had for a service appointment. Their new service advisor (Ben) kept me up to date with everything even during a simple 20,000 mile service. And he even surprised me by fully detailing my car. It made me a very happy camper. All my friends that worked with Ben when he was at Honda always spoke how awesome their service department was... and know I can see why!
