I went to Bill Luke after visiting other local dealerships Service Departments which ALL lacked customer service. When I arrived at Bill Luke's unbelievable service parts and body shop facility I was greeted right away. Because I was doing a lot of work on my car I took the Bill Luke Shuttle to work and they picked me up when my vehicle was done. All in all, I give Bill Luke's Service Department a 10 out of 10.
