We came to Griffin Ford looking to buy a Ford Edge, we had no idea that the perfect vehicle for us was just put out on the lot. The salesman, Roy - worked in the used car department - had an easy time of it because we were already sold on the vehicle the first time we sat inside. He was very genial and happy to show us some of the other features, and he let us take the Edge out on our own for a test drive by ourselves - we were gone at least an hour! He also was very accomodating when we offered up our trade in of our current car - and he even found some boxes to put our stuff in when we cleaned out the car to turn it over to them as part of the transaction. Kay Horn, the business manager, did a good job of explaining the financing options and other service packages, we felt we got a fair choice at what was available. The service department was also very helpful as we ordered accessory parts. Griffin Ford has a huge parts warehouse and lots of connections, supplying other dealerships with parts as well. If they can't get it - it probably does not exist. Would definitely keep the dealership in mind for another purchase in the future. more
