I write to inform you of an exceptional customer service experience I had with Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln. I recently purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX and love the car. I had a problem where I couldn't get the homelink buttons in the car to program and work with my garage door opener at home. I contacted my sales person at the dealership, Andrew M. and worked with him and Beth in Customer Service. In order to help me fix the problem they came to my office twice to pick up the car (and left me with a loaner) and also came to my house twice to work on the garage door opener. They stuck with it and did whatever it took to fix the problem for me. One rarely hears of a car dealerships providing service like this.. Both Andrew and Beth were absolutely fantastic, and exceeded my expectations for customer service. It is service like this that creates customer loyalty and if anyone I know plans on purchasing a ford product in the future. I will certainly recommend Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln.
