Would give them 0 star if possible. Yes, they were out quickly, even had same day service available; however, they left the carpet sopping wet (took 10 hours to dry, even though the guy on the phone claimed it would only be 1-2 hrs), and I discovered brown/orange spots everywhere after the carpet dried. Their machine also left black tire/drag marks all over my white carpet. It looked WORSE than before I called them to clean!!! I tried to get some resolution, but had my appointment cancelled 4 times in 2 weeks due to "other pressing jobs", and they refused to give me my money back. What a rip-off!
