I've purchased two pieces from them and have been thrilled with their quality. Their prices, however, are beyond extreme and their sales staff is borderline rude.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anywhere in the area that carries furniture of a comparable quality, but I won't be buying any more pieces from them!
While I am not one to have issues with people being in my "bubble" (personal space), upon entering their store, a saleswoman walked over and stood so close to me I could not look her in the eye without leaning backwards. Bizarrely invasive indeed.
Additionally, I left a wool scarf there last winter, called twice about it, and both times was promised a return phone call which I never received. Even if they didn't have it, after spending over $3,500 on a chair, I felt a little entitled to having my call returned.
