The buildings look great, and there is no bad smell. I even comment on how fresh the place smells every time I go in. The neighborhood is great. My friend accidentally left her window down on her car with her gps plain in sight, but it was still there when she got back. She was very surprised. It's a convenient location, close to I-90, right down the street from the library, hospital, woodfield mall, etc. Over all it's just a great place to live. :) Parking has never been an issue either. There are plenty of spots, and I'm coming home at all random hours
