Good: I liked everything about Lori's offices and service. You were not released from your check-ups until you were completely satisfied. No where else do they have yearly check-ups and hearing tests on their current custiomers. LORI CARES. Bad: I didn't likke the wait at times but if you specified to see Lori, you got her and she is worth the wait! They all are!!. Improvements: I'd would have liked to see her open her third, fourth, fifth office!. Other: SHE WAS SET UP. THE THREATENING LETTERS PROVED IT!.
