My husband and I recently decided to trade in my car for a truck or SUV. We first went around looking for what we wanted, and settled for a nice Trailblazer at one of the Chevy dealerships in town. They settled a deal and were supposed to get back with us the next day to get all of the paperwork finalized. The next day came around, and they tip toed around the subject saying that they were having issues getting the deal finalized. We waited two days and finally decided to get our down payment back and look at other deals. Upset that the previous car place had gone back on their word, we decided to check out James Corlew. Our sales man ended up being awesome, and we found the perfect vehicle! He was quiet and not pushy at all...let us test drive what seemed like the whole car lot before settling for our truck. The finance manager then made an awesome deal and gave us more on our trade in then we had thought. The next day after work, we were able to go and sign the paperwork and had a brand new truck that was detailed perfectly! Our only hitch was that the truck had come with only one key. After speaking with the manager, they resolved the issue and we drove off happy customers! more
