Accountability and reliability for Perrone Landscaping is ATROCIOUS. No consistency with calls back, no consideration for people's time - didn't show up on the original date signed on the proposal (with no phone call or explanation as to why), and not all of the work that was written on the proposal was completed. Very disheartening, but it is obvious that this is a young business owner with minimal experience in true customer service. Will never use them again.
