I came to the dealership fully aware that I have a bad credit score. At first, I was shooting for cars that are beyond what my CS could allow! Marylou, Matt and the team worked out a feasible offer making sure that after the process, I shall not go home empty handed. As a result, I was informed of possibly getting a 2010 Toyota Corolla S model. On the final day of the negotiation, I was given the great surprise of getting the 2011 TCS model!!!Highly commendable also is the return of my cellphone I left in one of the cars I test-drive. Finally, I could say that my experience with Hamer Toyota has been greatly successful! I am grateful to being helped with people who are efficient, effective and honest! more
