customer service has been excellent. I am moving to AZ, and plan to fly in so all my dealings with Harvey have been by phone, email and mail. He has been extremely helpful and accomodative. He has been so friendly, I feel like I've known him for years and trust him. He sent us pictures of our car, checked on a remote starter for us, and provised to keep it clean until we arrive. Harvey actually plans to deliver our car to us at the airport. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Bell.
