Sellers, use an attorney and make sure he gives you a " product inventory sheet" on the spot. Mr. " I'm an expert appraiser " spells Dali..D-O-L-L-Y ..and "I've Traveled the World " states he can't use a computer . He doesn't belong to NJ BBB nor does he answer complaints by the BBB.
