I had a broken washing machine, and called this place blind. I am happy to report that the technician, Joseph, was honest and fair. He was on time, the company called me to let me know when he was on his way. He tried to fix the washer without ordering new parts first. We ended up having to order new parts, the price was fair, and the washer was fixed. No drama. Lovely service. I would for sure use them again.
