I have been a customer of Promax since it opened and a customer of Anthony for over 10+ years. There is a reason why I have brought all my cars and referred over 50+ cars to Anthony over the past 10 years. Prices are very reasonable and sometimes even cheaper then Ebay. The main reason I keep coming back is the service. I'll be honest, not all jobs come out 100% perfect because it is impossible when human error is involved but the most important thing is that everything always ends up 100% perfect. Even if I find a small problem 2 months later, all I need to do is bring it back to Anthony and he'll make sure it's perfect.
I just bought a brand new 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 and 2 weeks after rolling it out of the dealership, I brought it over to Anthony to do full tint, installed HID lights, license plate lights, installed clear side markers and changed 12 lights to LED. Who else would you trust to do electrical work and other work on a brand new $55,000 car without a single problem?
I never made reviews on Yelp but after reading all the false accusations of Promax, I couldn't let it go any longer and decided to post what REAL customers get when they go to Promax. There is a reason why anytime you stop by Promax, you'll see a lot of cars waiting to get their cars done. If it was really as horrible as everyone claims it to be, why are they still packed everyday with cars waiting to get work done?
