All my experiences with Horizon have been ranked the highest possible. I am a retired vice president of a fortune 500 company and know a good bit about quality, ISO9000, etc. Horizon Services would rank well with the country's quality companies. Horizon Service standard of quality reminds me of the quality standards provided by Japanese companies when I lived/worked there. The most recent work was done by Horizon Services on my detached garage/shop, and although I was happy with the previous HVAC contractor, my experience with Horizon installing a complete system in my house convinced me to have Horizon Services do the replacement of the split system Mitsubishi system in my shop also.
