Good: I like the smaller - family run business. I think they worked hard to get me into the car i was looking for.. Bad: Waiting. it was a busy Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, and they had trouble communicating with another dealer to get my car.. Improvements: Just the ususal - keep trying to refine your processes to make it the best experience youo can.. Other: This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Barnett in the last 1 1/2 years, so yeah, I guess we would recommend them. Every negotiation has it's ups and downs. You have to be willing to walk if it doesn't fit. That said, I think we came to an agreement that fit us both. Yes there were some hic-ups along the way, but they like any business are there to make a profit, they are not evil. Thank you again the the Barnett family members who helped us aling the way..
