The sales aspect of the deal was incredible. I had a rock bottom price I wanted to pay, they had the color I wanted, went over that number via phone and email with Kevin WITH a trade in, and it was hassle free. I drove 2 hours to get the car and was pleasantly surprised when I showed up that there was NO jerking around or hassles. Kevin had a no nonsense approach that I really appreciated. The 'finance' aspect or as I like to call the "we're trying to sell you more crap" department was a little more annoying. I had to listen to the sales pitxh 4 times by 2 different people. I politely told them 4 times thanks, but no thanks. I guess they gotta try, right. Anyway, my overall experience was good and with the new Civics coming and the 0.9% financing offered thru Honda, this was a slam dunk no brainer! I'd go there again!
