I had bought a house 2 years ago and had it treated for termites, recently started remodeling and found some termite damage hidden in a wall. There is a 10 year warranty on their treatment, but was not notified by the person I bought the house from that I had to pay an $85 a year fee to keep up the warranty. I called and talked to the owner and he said if I paid the back two years he would keep the warranty going! The treatment would have cost upwards of $800 otherwise. The technicians that came were extremely helpful, and professional. No other company would help out a young homeowner like they did, especially the big companies, they would have said "so sorry, your warranty is void."
